Daily life on a yacht

Each day will vary, we will be in a different location, different island every day. Normally we spend our day laughing, chilling on the yacht, sailing from one port to another with a stop in a bay, to cook lunch and have a swim.

We offer two easy options so you can choose the adventure that suits you best:

Book a Cabin (Easy Mode!) Solo travelers, couples, or small groups who want the fully relaxed experience. You get a comfortable cabin on a catamaran or monohull. Just unpack, relax, and let our experienced skipper handle everything.

Charter Your Own Yacht (Skipper Mode!) New skippers who want to bring family/friends, or experienced skippers who love company. You get your own boat to sail yourself, but with the huge benefit of sailing in a supported flotilla. It’s the safest way to gain confidence—you're never alone!

Whether you book a cabin or your own yacht, you're always part of our supportive group.

  • Support: Our lead yacht and skippers are always there to help with navigation, anchoring, or any technical issues. You get the fun of adventure with a reliable safety net.

  • Distance: We cover about 15 to 20 miles a day. This means enough time for great sailing but plenty of long afternoons for swimming, snorkeling, and exploring.

🍽️ Taste the Real Corfu (Gastronomy & Wine)

This is more than just sailing—it's a foodie experience and great fun immersion:

  • Wine Tasting: We'll visit a wonderful, local, family-run vineyard for a private wine tasting. Taste the delicious Ionian wines right where they are made!

  • Olive Oil Factory: Step back in time with a visit to a traditional olive oil factory. You'll see how Greece's "liquid gold" is pressed and get to taste some of the freshest olive oil in the world.

  • Local Tavernas: We'll guide you to the very best, authentic, non-touristy tavernas in the villages we visit..

A traditional fishing village with a picturesque harbour on the northeast side of Corfu. It is a popular destination for sailing enthusiasts, as it offers a natural shelter for small boats and yachts. There are tavernas, bars, mini markets and tourist shops around the port. Agios Stefanos Sinion is surrounded by olive groves, lush landscapes and rolling hills, and has stunning views of the sea and the Albanian coastline

  • Kassiopi

A charming town on the northeast coast of Corfu, with a rich history and culture. FAQs

  • Each yacht can accomodate up to 10 persons; 8 guests in 4 double cabins & 2 skipper/crew cabins

And of course, each double cabin has it's own bathroom.

  • Yes, we do have! The galley , cause this is how we call it, it's a generous common/open space with the salon. The fully equipped galley includes: an oven, cooker, sink, fridge and kitchen utensils.

  • Everyone arrives in the Gouvia marina when they want (maybe you want to wander around Corfu for a 2 day visit before, or stay 2 days after the week spent on the yacht) it is important to be present at boarding – Saturday

From the airport to the marina there is a bus option (30min -duration) - 10 euro / person; taxi / uber 20/30 euro (15 min -duration)

  • Food, drink for the whole week - approx. 60-80 euro / person *** a sum of to the entire crew ( there are 8 people, and 80 euros per person is set) – from the amount collected (80 * 8 = 640) will be made purchases in the shipping marina (Alimos) on Saturday - shopping means: plain water, juice, alcohol, coffee, breakfast food (sausages, milk, eggs, cheese, vegetables, yogurt, cereal, etc.) nibbles (chips, biscuits, nuts, etc.), 2 boxes of pasta /rice, 2-3 jars of sauce (ex: Pesto / arabitta sauce), salt, pepper, oregano, onion, garlic, 1 box toilet paper, 1 dish detergent, kitchen paper towel roll, etc.…

All these purchases will be loaded on the boat, available to all members of the crew inclusive skipper.

If, for example, during the week - Wednesday (let's say) - the beer on board runs out, it is decided by the crew that there's more beer needed, it is bought from the amount initially raised, or the boarding house may need to be supplemented with an amount set by you (5/10 euros - you decide).

Every day we arrive at another destination, either the marina (city - where you can eat dinner at taverns / restaurants, or we end up in a remote bay (ex: Dokos) where dinner will be taken on the boat - find out from purchased supplies (see pasta and sauce mentioned above). The idea is not to we waste a lot of time cooking on the boat, as a result the pasta / rice option with a quick sauce are the best solutions.

Breakfast - everyone's choice - whether it's served on the boat or going to the tavern (if we are in the city).

  • Not really hidden but we like to mention variable costs that are not included in the adventure fee:

    Security Deposit

Just as renting a car, requires a warranty - so does renting a yacht, only that the amount is higher (2000-3500 euro- depending on the boat) .The amount will be fully refunded at the end of the week IF there is no damage.

And here we are talking about various damages: a mattress burned by cigarette, window was broken / cracked, lost the lifebuoy / fenders etc (things that can be done ( mistake/ carelessness) by any person on the boat). Each loss / damage has a cost and it will be deducted from the warranty-deposit ---- therefore, the entire crew will be responsible during the week, to receive the deposit back.

    Yacht Fuel

Again, like when you rent a car, you will take it with a full tank and return it the same, so is the yacht.

We leave the marina with the tank full and at the end of the week (Friday) we return to marina base ,and a tanker will come to refuel the yacht.

If we are lucky and we have the appropriate wind to use the sails on our way to our next destination, obviously, the fuel consumption will be lower - as a result we pay less at the end of the week.

On average, the cost of refueling with diesel for this route is 250-300 euros/boat. - the amount it is shared between the crew members (approx. 30-35 euro / person) but it can be even less, depending on how much we will be able to use the sails

  • The crossings last 2/3/4 hours depending on the distance between the islands we want to reach. During the crossing, on the yacht everyone does what they want — eat, drink, sun bathe, read, etc.

If we want and the weather allows us, for those who want to cool down, we will have swim –stops, in the middle of the sea or in a bay.

We build the route in such a way that we can visit our chic and beautiful cities, to taste the specific Greek cuisine, and also to enjoy the peace and the intimacy that only bay can offers us, a place you can only reach by boat. So we will have both- days / nights in the marinas-cities and in the deserted/ wilderness bays (only us, other boats, stars and the moon)
